Founder, Jules Lewis Gibson

Jules has over 25 years of experience in marketing luxury homes. After graduating from Tulane University, she returned to her hometown of Atlanta to begin a successful career in marketing and advertising. In 1995, she launched her first business, an advertising agency, specializing in the luxury home industry within six months she had acquired clients from Boston to Palm Beach. 

After a move to the sunshine state in 2003, Jules decided to pursue a new path as a realtor in the resort community of Destin, Florida. Her formidable marketing skills and tech-savvy led her to become a top producing realtor selling over $30 million in residential properties within her first three years in the business. 

When her family relocated to Sarasota, she took on a new challenge with the purchase of Florida Homes Magazine, a luxury real estate publication for the Southwest Florida region. Over the next eight years, she grew the small publication into a media company, FUSE Media+ FuseMediaPlus.com with additional titles: Florida Boating Magazine and an award-winning women’s publication, Gravitas Magazine. FUSE also created custom marketing publications for Michael Saunders & Company and Fannie Hillman & Associates of Winter Park as well as the annual visitor’s guides for the Naples, Marco Island, and the Everglades Convention and Visitors Bureau.

In early 2020 when Jules returned to a career in real estate, she soon realized that she enjoyed creating the marketing products for real estate, as much as being a realtor. So, she created The ART of Marketing to help fellow realtors grow their business using her decades of experience as a luxury marketing expert and successful realtor.
